Who we Are
Baker Wilkins & Smith is an international firm of construction consultants, our main core services being quantity surveying and project management. We were established in London in 1955 based on the original founders’ combined interest in international projects, mainly in Saudi Arabia. This soon spread to the whole Gulf region, the Caribbean, Africa and the Far East. Whilst maintaining a strong presence in the UK there was always a great emphasis on international markets. We opened our first Middle East office in Bahrain in 1972 and since then have operated in all gulf states with a strong association in the Lebanon.
Our Services
We provide a wide range of construction consultancy services across many sectors in many locations from full pre-contract quantity surveying services to specialist dispute resolution. Having adopted a leading cost management software solution with CAD measure and BIM measure our measurement studio is able to deliver our core service of bills of quantities and cost plans in an increasingly streamlined manner. Our senior team adds the expertise and client facing skills needed to make BWS your ‘go-to’ construction consultancy.
