A strength of BWS is that at any point of the project cycle we can step in as a third party and provide an assessment on a project’s health and suggest changes to recover failing projects and provide staff to make sure the recommendations are implemented to achieve the objectives.
Speedy Assessment
BWS advise on the procurement process, contracting, vendor due diligence, billing, change management and project closeout. We revue individual contracts or multiple project programmes. Using various tried and tested tools such as Earned Value Analysis our team will critically assess a project’s health in terms of governance, programme, cost and quality in order to deliver clients successful outcomes for their construction ventures.
Solid Plan
Realistic recovery plans will be developed and put into action to mitigate the effects of initial project failure. A robust regime of reporting with traffic light (RAG) warning system can be implemented. Communication channels will be unblocked and progress tracked to project completion.
