Oman Cultural Complex

As a part of Oman’s development of its tourism industry, culture features high on the agenda and this complex was designed to house Library, Archive and Theatre within a spectacular low rise structure nestling within a large heavily landscaped environment.

The Oman Cultural Complex was billed to be the first of its kind in the Middle East with a National Library, National Archives and National Theatre all under one roof including facilities such as F&B outlets, a cinema, a Literary Society, Arts club and Children’s library and set in fully landscaped gardens with water features and an open cultural plaza.

BWS completed the pre-contract quantity surveying service on this multi-package development.
