Montage – Volume Affordable Residential
BWS have been appointed on several affordable housing projects in Bahrain.
Two examples being the Ministry of Housing's development in the Al Madina Al Shamaliya Islands comprising of G+5 in five plots of 435 No. three bedroom apartments plus retail and basement car parking; and the Danaat Al Lawzi development - a mixed-use development comprising 303 affordable villas, supermarket and retail outlets set in a lakeside location.
The brief
Our role as cost managers on such projects involves strict control so that not only the design was economic but the projects completed to budget, on time and to the desired quality.
