Dragon City
A retail and wholesale development set in the southwest corner of Bahrain's Diyar Al Muharraq. The project comprises 115,000m2 of major retail spacedesigned to a Chinese architectural and cultural theme. The 787 shop units and 6,000m2 themed dining street experience attracts more than half a million visitors per year.
The brief
This was a very large retail development BWS were involved in that needed to be designed and conducted under strict financial control. BWS achieved that objective.
