Umoja House, Dar es Salaam
Working for the Foreign & Commonwealth Office BWS provided Project Quantity Surveying Services on the joint High Commission and Embassy facilities in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The facility is a joint diplomatic building for the British, French, Dutch, German governments, the EEC and for DIFID.
The brief
This project lead BWS into a close relationship with the FCO undertaking projects in Cairo, Kiev, Vilnius and Kingston.
