Over the years we have worked on a number of civils projects supporting various lead consulting engineers. From Abu Dhabi's Strategic Tunnel Enhancement Programme (STEP) that included construction of the world's deepest pump station to Heathrow Airport's baggage transfer tunnel that facilitates the movement of 3,000 pieces of luggage per hour to claims support on the Aegean Motorway in Greece.
The brief
Our teams have been an integral part of the project team preparing detailed CESMM bills of quantities and estimates for groundworks, structural concrete and steel, MEP and fit-out elements of these projects and administered valuations as works proceed.
