Ajdan Waterfront Feasibility Study, Al Khobar
Mixed use development of a prime waterfront site in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Working in close collaboration with the concept architect, SOM, we provided feasibility consultancy including detailed concept cost exercises on a number of accommodation mix options for this prime site in Al Khobar. The project, that had been in development for over 10 years, was finally developed in the late 2010’s and will provide the Eastern Province with a striking leisure and retail destination.
