Tim Siddons

Tim joined BWS in 1975 firstly as manager of the Cayman Islands branch office. He then relocated to Bahrain where he fulfilled the role of General Manager before becoming a Director while still based in Bahrain. He has been involved in the Middle East ever since then. He is now the Director primarily in charge of the Bahrain and Oman offices but involved in all BWS’ activities throughout the region including Iraq.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Association of Project Managers and has a wide experience in most project sectors but with a particular emphasis on tourism, leisure and hospitality developments.

General Background & Experience

Whilst his background is predominantly in private section development, he has also gained experience in civil engineering, public sector development and specialist projects such as tourism, leisure and hotels.

In later years, he has worked almost exclusively in the Middle East private sector in a cost management capacity.

Selected Project Experience

Was the Director in charge of BWS’ commission at the Cultural Centre in Oman and has now been active in Oman for 8 years.

Involved in projects throughout the region with several being in difficult locations such as Iraq.

Major clients include Majid Al Futtaim, Bahrain National Hotels and numerous projects for operators, Crown Plaza, Radisson, Novatel, Gulf Hotel Bahrain, Banyan Tree, etc.
